By using radiancewellnessco.com, booking a session, or receiving services from Radiance Wellness Co., you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Online booking
- Available time slots confirm instantly when you complete intake and consent.
- Some health responses require direct contact with Autumn before booking — the system will guide you.
- You agree to provide accurate contact and health screening information.
- Minimum lead time (typically 24 hours) is enforced automatically.
Wellness disclaimer
Services including hypnosis, Reiki, Emotion Code, sound balancing, BrainTap, BEMER PEMF, and NeuralChek are complementary wellness modalities. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician for medical concerns. Do not discontinue medical treatment without provider guidance.
Cancellations & no-shows
If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email or contacting hello@radiancewellnessco.com. Repeated no-shows may limit online booking privileges.
SMS & communications
Transactional SMS (reminders, booking confirmations) requires separate consent from marketing SMS. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiance Wellness Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service at issue.
