- What is a Radiance gift certificate?
- It is a prepaid balance that can be applied toward wellness sessions with Autumn Sandoval at Radiance Wellness Co. in Springfield, MO. It is not medical care.
- Can the recipient use part of the balance?
- Yes. If a session costs less than the remaining balance, the rest stays on the certificate until it is used or Autumn voids it. There is no expiration date.
- How is a gift certificate redeemed?
- Enter the code while booking a session online. Autumn can also redeem part or all of the balance in the studio. Anyone with the code can check the remaining balance at the balance page. That lookup shows the balance and status only.
- When is a card charged?
- A card is charged only after you confirm payment at checkout. Until online checkout is available, this page does not charge a card.
- Do gift certificates diagnose or treat medical conditions?
- No. They pay toward wellness sessions only. Radiance services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
